The Socrates Student Mobility Programme is an example of international co-operation between various universities in Europe. This Programme offers students from the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences an excellent chance to study abroad for a couple of months. Students can participate in a student exchange when they have at least 84 SP (study points) and their "propedeuse-diploma".

Students from the above mentioned universities are welcome to study at the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, the Netherlands. During the period January-April, 2004, there is the opportunity to make a choice between a number of courses.

Students are advised to request housing arrangements well in advance, and no later than November 1st prior to the period you wish to attend Twente University. Please note once you apply for housing and you confirmed your participation in the Socrates Programme you can not cancel your participation for free. Since we have to cancel your room, you have to pay one month rent. Be sure to include the following information in your housing request:

  • Full Name
  • Gender (male/female)
  • Arrival date (as precise as possible)
  • Departure date (idem)
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Postal address
  • An e-mail address where we can contact you
  • A phone or fax number
