The application form should be received by the programme Management preferably before 15 March (and certainly no later than the 1st of May) preceding the start of the Programme in August. Candidates will be notified of the Admission Committee's decision within one month after receipt of the application. For foreign candidates, acceptance is official only after the candidate meets all financial conditions and the conditions for visiting the Netherlands according to Dutch legal regulations. FeesThe tuition (in Euro) for the on-campus or mixed-delivery modes of the Programme is 11,000 ( 5,000 for the Core Phase, and 6,000 for the Specialisation Phase). The tuition fee for the distance-delivery mode of the Programme is 7,800 ( 3,600 for the Core Phase, and 4,200 for the Specialisation Phase). In accordance with Dutch regulations on taxation and education, no taxes are applied to these fees. These fees are payable in advance, but may also be paid in two installments, with the Core Phase payment due prior to the start of the Programme, and the Specialisation Phase payment due prior to the start of the Specialisation Phase. Participants will receive timely invoices. The tuition fee for the on-campus
programme includes direct and personal counselling, (technical) assistance, an e-mail

University of Twente libraries, and use of the audio-visual and computer facilities in the

The costs do not include travel, insurance, accommodation, food, and other living and incidental expenses. This estimate includes 395 per month for on-campus housing facilities (furnished single apartments), and 37 per month for health insurance. The designated fees must be paid before participating in the Core Courses. On written request, received at least fourteen days before the start of the first Core Course, participants withdrawing from the programme may receive a full refund, minus administrative costs. Similarly, formal notice may be given to withdraw from the programme before the Specialisation Phase. Such written notice must be given fourteen days before the Specialisation Phase starts. In this case, fees paid for the Specialisation Phase of the Programme can be refunded, minus an administrative fee.
